Nightfall though a common problem during adolescence but sometimes create problem if occur frequently. Nightfall actually a problem where mostly youth are effected with it. It is a situation when you are unable to control your ejaculation and most of the time it happens while you asleep so the matter is serious and must be paid a close consideration.

When nightfall happen with someone whether he is adult or at any adolescence stage feel shy to discuss this problem with his parents and with someone else so the situation is very serious if it happens in frequent way. Commonly nightfall happen due to increase in the sperm level and that why it ejaculate naturally the extra one.  But sometime it happens regularly with some person which is not good for their health and should be taken care with the help of sexologist who would recommend some useful medicine and yoga to heal the problem of nightfall.

Causes :- However a common problem and need not be disturb anymore but as discussed above that frequent nightfall is not good for health and so the real cause of frequent nightfall must be known to us. The exact cause or reason can not be known until or unless you seek a doctor help because there are no. of causes by which the problem of frequent nightfall may happen . Some of  the primary cause of nightfall are weak nerves, emotions, sexual inability of a person and so on.

Besides there may be some another cause of Nightfall .

Precaution :- It is not a matter how common is your problem the important one is that one must take some precaution if he desires to get rid of the problem of nightfall and so these are some of the important precaution which one should follow.

Avoid Junk Food :- Junk food are one of the prominent cause of Nightfall so one should cut of his junk food consumption if he really want to solve his nightfall problem .

Loose underwear :- Yes if you have comfortable underwear the chances of rubbing your Panis with it is less and so ultimately nightfall like problem may not be happen as unlike tight underwear loose one is much better.

Avoid Pornographic material :- Today youth have indulged in using pornographic material at huge and so the problem of semen leakage in them has increased which ultimately lead to the problem of nightfall so to avoid nightfall it is important to leave pornographic first.

Think positive :- Yes if your thought is positive occurance of nightfall sometime would not be a frequent one. So try to think that it is a common problem only and nothing else.

Treatment :-           

Yoga – As nightfall is all about how strong is your metabolism so Yoga is must to maintain your metabolism stronger than before . Some of the important yoga is here which one can follow to avoid nightfall problem.

Sarvangasana :- when it about to keep your energy level constant all the time and to keep your metabolism stronger this yoga pose is best in all the ways. It is the yoga pose which improve our thyroid glands  which control whole the body function in best possible ways .

To do this asana you first have to lie on your back with hand by your side.

Then lift your legs  , buttok and back so that you come up high on your shoulder  and support your back with hands. Afterward move your elbow closer towards each other and move your hand along your back

Keep straightening the legs an spine by pressing the elbow down to the floor and hand into the back . Your weight should be supported on your shoulder and upper arms and not on your hand.

Keep the legs firm. Lift your heels higher as though you are putting a footprint on the ceiling. Bring the big toes straight over the nose. Now point the toes up. Pay attention to your neck. Do not press the neck into the floor. Instead keep the neck strong with a feeling of tightening the neck muscles slightly. Press your sternum toward the chin. If you feel any strain in the neck, come out of the posture.

 

Keep breathing deeply and stay in the posture for 30-60 seconds.

To come out of the posture, lower the knees to forehead. Bring your hands to the floor, palms facing down. Without lifting the head slowly bring your spine down, vertebra by vertebra, completely to the floor. Lower the legs to the floor. Relax for a minimum of 60 seconds.

Uttanapadasana :- It is also called raised legs pose and very important asana to help you in solving nightfall problem .

To do this yoga Pose

At first lie down on the ground on your yoga mat.

Now place both of your hands by your side, joint your heels.

Now try to lift both of your legs up at least (30 degree) position, while you are lifting your head off the floor.

Try to hold in this pose for at least 10 seconds, if you can and now bring the legs back on the ground comfortably.

Now, inhale again and try to raise both of your legs to the (60 degree) position. You should lower the legs on to the ground after a few seconds.

Ayuveda View :-

According to Ayurveda the problem o nightfall is due to weak metabolism and sometime due to weak nerves system however Ayurveda considered it natural and recommend many useful herbs to use for the cure of frequent nightfall. Some of the useful things that one may use are spinach, pomegranate, garlic, aswgandha , Neem etc .
