Yoga for Loss of  Libido

  1. Upward Facing Bow / Wheel Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana)

How to do it: Begin with your feet close to your glutes, hip-width distance apart. Place your hands alongside your ears shoulder-width apart, index fingers pointed towards your body. On an exhalation, press into your hands and feet and lift your hips skyward.

  1. Cobra Pose

Start on all fours with your arms about shoulder width, knees almost together. Lower your body but keep your front torso elevated. Your arms should be straight, elbows pointed toward your body. If you do not have neck problems, you can look up. If you feel any discomfort or pain in your lower back or abdominal muscles, modify this position by resting on your forearms for a more gentle lift.

Hold the cobra pose for 30 seconds or for as long as 3 minutes. Take long deep breaths.

Ayurvedic treatment  of  Loss of  Libido :

  • Include essential fats in your eating diet.
  • Mix Triphala powder in water. After 60 minutes. Include a table spoon of unadulterated nectar. Have this in unanticipated morning day by day.
